Check In: You do not need ot check in for shield meets. If you are scratching/withdrawing from any of your events on the day we would appreciate you advising the administration official in the control room as soon as possible.

We do not use bibs/bib numbers for Qld Athletics Shield Meets. If you are visiting from another state please feel free to wear yours!

Marshalling times: All athletes should marshall for Track events at the start line at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of their event, Field events should marshall at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of their event.

Personal Implements: Personal implements must be presented to the technical area (green shed at the 200m start area on the SAF) at least 90 minutes prior to the start time of your event. Athletes are allowed a maximum of 2 personal implements per event, and these will be added to the implement pool for the event and will be available for any athlete in that event to use. Technical will NOT accept any rubber discus. Any personal implements taken directly to the event site MUST remain in the athletes bag and will not be allowed into the implement pool for that event.
